OLA-Chi reserves the rights to amend and alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. OLA-Chi operates in London, England, UK only. Our objective is to deliver your order within the specified time. Once you place an order, delivery of your items will be arranged with our partner ("Partner Delivery") Go Gold London.

The OLA-Chi logo belongs to OLA-Chi and we prohibit the use of our intellectual property without prior written consent. OLA-Chi reserves the right to consider legal action and the recovery of costs and loses from anyone deemed to have misused or unlawfully used our intellectual property or This Website www.ola-chi.co.uk.

Access to This Website and to our Service is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend access to our Site or our Service without notice (see below). You agree not to hold liable OLA-Chi or its third-party vendors for any delays in shipping/delivery and or failure to 'fully satisfy' or for any losses whatsoever arising there from.

All prices stated include VAT. You agree that you are using This Website for personal, non-commercial use. OLA-Chi may operate dynamic pricing some of the time, which means that prices of Items and delivery may change while you are browsing. We reserve the right to charge a Service Fee, which may be subject to change, for the provision of our Services. The delivery rate currently includes a service charge.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation and then another email informing you of the status of the order (successful or rejected/cancelled). Any order placed where the delivery address is not a London postcode within our London Bridge 22.5km radius, will be automatically rejected and cancelled, You will be refunded the amount paid (minus an admin fee which is 50% of the amount paid) within 5 working days, dependant on your bank account.

If the order is successful, you will be given the estimated delivery time (our Partner Delivery always aim to fulfill orders within 3 hours of the time the order was placed). You will then be sent further deliver updates via email and/or WhatsApp.

Where This Website contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Returns policy

Items that have been opened, used, altered and damaged by the customer, cannot be returned and refunded. This is for hygiene, personal and public health and safety reasons. OLA-Chi are not responsible for the manufacturing, ingredients and packaging of each item sold on This Website. OLA-Chi are not affiliate or responsible for any bad press associated with the Brands we have stocked on This Website.

In the unlikely event, you may submit a request by email, within 36 hours of receiving your order. Requests and complaints are assessed on an individual basis and the final outcome will be issued by the OLA-Chi Customer Service team within 2 working days. If a refund is not permitted, alternative solutions may be offered including, posting an alternative product or sending a OLA-Chi discount e-voucher by email.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Subject to your UK Statutory Consumer rights; we are only able to cancel and refund orders which have been returned to us in a resaleable condition. In some cases an order can be cancelled if it is not already out for delivery.

We will always do our best to ensure that your order arrives correctly in a good condition. In an unlikely event of a mistake occurring or items are damaged in transit, report any issues to us as soon as possible.

The sooner we are notified the easier and quicker it will be to resolve the issue for you.

Other terms

Please note that once you unsubscribe, you will no longer be able to shop online or receive e-mails from us. You can re-register at a later date using the same email address, however any historic order information may not be available to view.

Throughout the year, we may make promotional discount codes available to be redeemed on

www.ola-chi.co.uk or for use with third parties. Discount codes remain valid for the duration stated in our promotional materials and may be discontinued at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to put a limit on the number of uses of a discount code.

Free gifts are offered subject to stock availability and if your free gift is no longer available, we will make every effort to inform you as soon as possible either during checkout, or by email.
